Marlin Family Room with Water Damage Gets Rapid Response from SERVPRO

SERVPRO techs arrived at a large area of water damage in this Marlin home. The water came from above and a large portion of the ceiling required removal. The techs removed the soaked area rug and large safe out of the room during the cleanup. The technicians extracted the water from the hardwood floorboards to lessen the time needed to dry the boards. The techs have access to a large amount of both water removal and drying equipment. By placing the air movers within a close proximity to the dehumidification units, the room got dried rapidly. The sofa was able to get placed on blocks and remain in the room during the mitigation.
